CAN I COLLECT FROM YOU?

DO YOU SELL LOOSE LOADS?

No. It is strictly Delivery Only and we do not store them in St Columb, so you are wasting your time by turning up!

Nope 

It is easy for your firewood supplier to deliver a loose load but not so easy for you to put away in your log store.

 

In the past we would buy loose loads for our home!

​

In our experience, your log store is unlikely to be where your loose load is tipped.

That's because we put our log stores next to our home.

That means hours of putting your logs away, one log at a time, whilst the tipper is long gone.

 

Plus, its not the season for good weather, so we need to get them away quick!

 

We deliver in nets (8-14 logs per net) and a cubic meter can be put away in under 10 mins

 

 You get the same quantity as loose but conveniently packaged and at the same price but often less, of a loose load from other suppliers.

If you have a desire to stack your logs one by one, there are plenty of suppliers who will dump on your driveway, we just think helping you get your logs to your dry store quickly is more important.

​

Want them stacked so they look great in your store, no problem, we can do that for you for a small charge.

Delivery within Cornwall is FREE with Eco-Delivery

WHY DO YOU ONLY SELL LOGS IN NETS?

Selling logs in nets allow us to keep minimum order quantities low. They are easy to transport and when you need logs from your wood store you can carry 8-14 logs straight to your burner.

I HAVE A HOLIDAY LET IN CORNWALL, CAN YOU SUPPLY MY GUESTS WITH LOGS FOR THERE STAY?

Yes, we offer a welcome box service for your guests which can be delivered on change over day. The pack contains hardwood logs, kindling, firelighters and some matches. We also include guidance on how to light a fire.

DO YOU SELL TO BUSINESSES?

Whilst our business was setup for the domestic market, we do sell to business such as holiday lets and public houses.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you would like to cancel your order prior to despatch, please email enquiries@charlieslogs.com. As long as your order has not been loaded for delivery a full refund can be issued. As reasonable charge will be leived for a failed delivery.

If you would like to return the logs you have ordered you will need to email enquiries@charlieslogs.com with your reasoning. You are responsible for the costs of return or we can arrange collection at a charge. In order to return, all logs must be of the same quality as delivered (i.e. moisture content must be the same as when delivered) and the same quantity delivered. Returns must be notified within 14 days of delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment in full is required upon order, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery availability time slots will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order. Typically, most orders are delivered the next day but always with prior arrangement.
